What a crazy weather day in North Texas yesterday! The dryline stalled over our area breaking out powerful storms for most of the afternoon, practically in my backyard. I was headed towards Denton, TX when this storm went tornado warned. This was about as close I was going to get. Thank goodness it became outflow dominant before it formed a tornado. Powerful winds and hail did some damage from this storm. Hope all is ok. #clouds365   #stormchasing   #texas  

This was early in the chase. Drove through heavy rains (pictured lower left) to meet up with Austin. We were after another isolated storm West of this storm. I liked the contrast! #clouds365   #stormchasing   #texas
